Throughout my time as a Field Mycologist I have been lucky enough to visit other like-minded individuals and groups in their respective countries. Some occasions have just been visits to other countries where I have arrived in an area and gone on to explore its fungal riches, obviously I had some say on what time of year this would have taken place, to help coincide with any larger  fungi possibly being present.  This page is dedicated to such visits, the sites, the fungi and the people that I had the pleasure to meet and spend time with. Most, if not all of the fungi displayed here, are species that are not often encountered or are currently not present in the UK.
